Forecasting Population

One of the first activities, after a study of needs, in planning for facilities is to determine how many people will be served In the public school setting, for example, forecasting student population must be done scientifically. This rule holds for business, health care, and recreational organizations. A forecast of from 5 - 20 years is desirable. Planning

The TFPG will lead an organization through the entire facilities planning process and assist in selecting the appropriate architect. Our strategic planning method considers the functions to be performed in a space. This activity must be completed. Next, concept design developed by the stakeholders and planners may be translated into schematic drawings by the architect.
